Technical Project Manager

Location: Bellshill (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Type: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week)
Salary: Up to £35K (depending on skills and experience)

At Kick ICT, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Technical Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a wide range of technical and communications projects. You’ll be working at the heart of one of the UK’s fastest-growing IT providers, shaping solutions that drive business improvement and outstanding service delivery for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets

  • Define project delivery plans using presales information, established tools, and standardised processes

  • Coordinate internal technical teams, third parties, and customers to maintain clear ownership of tasks and milestones

  • Track project progress, risks, and change requests, escalating and communicating proactively

  • Act as the primary customer contact, leading project calls and providing clear, consistent updates

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, governance logs, and utilisation tracking

  • Support project closure, billing accuracy, feedback capture, and lessons-learned activities

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and support presales and capacity planning where required

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in an IT or technical environment, confident engaging with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Structured and detail-oriented, maintaining accurate documentation and delivery records

  • Proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced delivery environment

  • Positive, customer‑focused mindset with a collaborative approach

Desirable (not essential):

  • Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or a delivery-focused role

  • Exposure to technical, IT, or communications projects in a customer-facing setting

  • Familiarity with project management concepts, tools, and methodologies

  • Confidence with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Planner, etc.)
