Service Delivery Manager

Location: Bellshill (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Type: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours/week)

You’ll be the key link between our customers and our technical teams, ensuring services run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and communication is clear, warm, and professional.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Acting as a trusted partner for customers, managing service performance and expectations.

  • Leading service reviews, creating reports and turning insights into meaningful improvements.

  • Coordinating major incidents when needed, ensuring clear communication and follow‑up actions.

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless, high‑quality service delivery.

  • Using data and customer feedback to spot opportunities for enhancement.

  • Bringing teams together, encouraging collaboration and helping build a positive, supportive culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in IT service delivery or a similar customer‑focused role.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on improvement.

  • Confidence to take ownership and keep things moving — even when challenges arise.

  • A passion for delivering a brilliant customer experience.
