The Role
JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid)
SALARY: Up to £25K Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)
ROLE PURPOSE:
Are you ambitious, driven, and excited to start a career in sales? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team through Kick Academy, our structured training and development pathway designed to accelerate your career. This role is the perfect springboard for someone who wants hands-on experience across account management, new business development, and marketing.
You’ll work closely with experienced sales professionals, learning the full sales process while contributing to customer relationships, lead generation, and new opportunities. With the right attitude and ambition, this role offers a clear pathway to becoming a quota-carrying sales executive

Key Responsibilities
Support sales executives with customer meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
Help research, qualify, and engage new business opportunities
Assist in developing and running marketing and lead generation campaigns
Maintain CRM records, ensuring opportunities are tracked effectively
Prepare and deliver reports on sales pipeline activity
Provide excellent service when handling customer enquiries
Learn sales techniques and shadow experienced account managers in the field
What do I need?
Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to succeed in sales
Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
Proactive, with a positive and resilient attitude
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working with data, reports, and presentations
Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office knowledge is essential and CRM knowledge desirable)
Eager to learn and progress into a sales career
