The Role

BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid) or fully remote depending on candidate location

SALARY: £35-£50K Depending on skills and experience

WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)


The purpose of the role is to provide first class levels of application support to our customer base via telephone, e-mail and remote applications. The role is suitable for an experienced Dynamics (Nav and BC) consultant who has a good grasp of the financial aspect of applications.


The focus of this role is to provide support to our customers on business critical software applications, enabling the tasks to be performed effectively and efficiently with minimal down time. We strive to provide excellent customer service through building strong relationships with customers and fostering ongoing commitment to our organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Investigation and resolution of support cases in a knowledgeable and timely manner in keeping to company SLAs.
  • Management of personal case queue ensuring continuous case progression to completion while keeping the customer informed on progress of the case.
  • Update all actions taken on a support call with diligence and attention to detail within Kick ICT’s internal systems.
  • Participate in support as part of a team to put the customer first and bring cases to completion.
  • Write articles to build a knowledge base Q&A for the products we support.
  • Cross train other team members as required.
  • Build working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Attain and maintain a high level of personal product knowledge, actively partaking in development of achievement plans and goals.
  • Commitment to continuous skills acquisition with the defined divisional product stack.
  • Work in partnership with the projects, development and sales teams to ensure seamless client transitions to support.


What do I need?

  • Certification: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800)
  • Previous experience working within an application support team.
  • Track record of building strong working relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles is essential, with certifications such as AAT highly desirable.
  • Basic SLQ skills are preferrable.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Analytical problem solver with a passion for identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.
  • Quick learner with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative.
  • Takes ownership and accountability, ensuring responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
